Launch Promotion Terms

These terms apply to the launch promotion for the Texas Journeyman Electrician Exam Practice Pack sold at tsaielectro.com.
Offers
The promotion may include the following limited offers:
Google Ads free seats: selected new visitors who arrive from an eligible Google Ads campaign may claim free access to the Texas Journeyman Electrician Exam Practice Pack with an email address. The seat is added to the account for that email as a US$0 order, with no payment step.
Limited low-price seats: selected visitors may use one launch coupon to buy the Texas Journeyman Electrician Exam Practice Pack for US$19.50 before tax, if any.
Share coupons: eligible buyers and free-seat users may receive personal share codes. A friend who uses a valid share code receives 25% off the Texas Journeyman Electrician Exam Practice Pack.
Each coupon is valid only for the Texas Journeyman Electrician Exam Practice Pack unless the coupon itself states otherwise. Coupons cannot be combined with other coupons, promotions, store credit, or special pricing.
Limits and expiration
Free seats are limited to one claim per email address. A free seat opens when it is claimed and gives the same access as a paid purchase of the Texas Journeyman Electrician Exam Practice Pack.
Low-price launch coupons are limited to the published launch quantity and expire 14 days after activation unless ended earlier.
Each share code can be used by up to three different friends, once each, and expires 60 days after issue.
Promotion quantities are limited. A coupon is not reserved until it has been successfully issued or redeemed, as applicable.
Referral reward
If three friends make paid purchases using a participant's share codes, the participant may receive one single-use gift code for the Texas Journeyman Electrician Exam Practice Pack. The reward has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred except as a gift code to another learner.
Participants should clearly disclose that they may receive a reward when sharing a code. A plain disclosure such as "I may receive a reward if you buy with my code" is acceptable.
The FTC's Endorsement Guides state that material connections that could affect how people evaluate an endorsement should be disclosed. The FTC Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule does not prohibit incentives for reviews when there is no express or implied requirement that a review be positive, but failing to disclose incentives can violate the FTC Act. This promotion must not require a positive review in exchange for any coupon, reward, or free access. Review policy
A participant may be invited to leave a review or testimonial. Any review request must allow honest positive, neutral, or negative feedback. No coupon, reward, free seat, or other benefit is conditioned on leaving a positive review.
Reviews or testimonials may be used in marketing only if they reflect the reviewer's real experience and any required incentive disclosure is included.
No cash value
Coupons, free seats, low-price seats, share codes, and gift codes have no cash value. They cannot be sold, redeemed for cash, refunded for cash, or used for any product other than the eligible product.
Fraud and misuse
Tsai Electro may cancel a coupon or reward if there is evidence of abuse, duplicate claims, self-referral, resale, automated claiming, false information, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or any use outside these terms.
Changes
Tsai Electro may modify, pause, or end the promotion if needed for fraud prevention, technical issues, platform requirements, legal compliance, payment processing, tax handling, inventory limits, or other operational reasons. Changes will not reduce access already purchased through a completed valid order.
Taxes and payment
Customers are responsible for any taxes that apply to their purchase. If tax collection is required, tax may be calculated after discounts are applied.
