The short version
- Not used yet? Ask within 30 days of payment and you get a full refund. No reason needed.
- Something is wrong on our side? A file that will not open, content that is clearly not what the product page described, or a question with an error we have not fixed: you get a full refund, even after using it.
- Charged twice? We refund the extra charge.
Three rules sit above everything on this page. If the law where you live gives you more rights, the law applies. If a product page has its own refund terms, whichever terms are better for you apply. Nothing on this page takes away a promise already made on a product page.

Refunds that have no usage condition
- A paid file is broken, or the product is clearly not what its page described: a full refund or a working replacement, your choice.
- You report a mock exam question with an error you can show against an official source, and we have not corrected it within 14 days of your report: a full refund for the pack or pass that contains it, as long as your access has not ended.
- You were charged more than once for the same order: the extra charge is refunded in full.
What counts as using
Using means starting a paid mock exam, answering a paid question set, downloading a paid file, or using a service we have started for you. Signing in, looking at your account, and using the free questions and free pages on this site do not count.
How to ask for a refund
Write to us through the Contact page with your order number and the email you used at checkout. Please do not send card numbers or passwords. We reply within 2 business days (Taiwan time). During public holidays or a break we have announced on the Contact page, this can take longer.
How the money comes back
- Once a refund is approved, we send it within 5 business days to the payment method you used.
- Card refunds usually reach your statement 5 to 10 business days after that, depending on your bank. A refund made soon after purchase can appear as the original charge disappearing instead of a separate credit.
- PayPal payments are refunded to your PayPal account. PayPal only lets us refund through PayPal within 180 days of the payment; every window on this page is shorter than that.
- If the original payment method can no longer receive money, we agree another way with you, and the 5 business days still apply.
What a refund changes
A refund ends access to that one purchase only. Everything else you bought stays yours. Files you bought and kept stay downloadable, even if a product is later retired or replaced.
One limit
If you get a refund and later buy the same product again, the not-used-yet refund does not apply to the second purchase. Broken files, errors and double charges are still covered.
Card and PayPal disputes
Please write to us first; a refund is usually faster than a dispute. While a dispute is open, access to that purchase is paused. It comes back if the dispute closes in our favor.
Buyers in Taiwan
Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act lets you cancel an online purchase within 7 days. For digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, and for services that start right away, checkout asks you to tick this statement before you pay: “I agree that the digital content is provided, or the service starts, immediately after payment, and I understand that the 7-day right of rescission under Taiwan’s Regulations Governing Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission in Distance Contracts may not apply where the legal conditions are met, and that the 14-day right of withdrawal for EU and UK buyers ends once the download or the service starts.” We only rely on that exception for digital content and services you have agreed to receive immediately. The 30-day not-used-yet refund on this page is offered on top of your legal rights.
Buyers in the EU and the UK
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For downloads and services that start right away, the same checkout statement asks you to agree to immediate access and to confirm that the right ends once the download or the service starts. Until then, the 14-day right applies in full.
