1. Verify access
Open Orders and confirm the purchase is completed. Never send passwords or payment-card data.
2. Get files
Open Downloads for files attached to the Starter, Route, Sprint, Pass, Bundle, or Application Kit.
3. Start AI service
For an AI-assisted SKU, use Service Intake with the order number and include AI service acknowledged: yes. No human coach or live session is included.
AI-assisted product delivery
California Route Pack, Application Kit Pro, Route + Application Bundle, Premium AI Career Execution System, and EV/Solar/PLC Orientation use asynchronous delivery to the purchase email and, where included, the Service Intake process. They do not include a human coach or live session and are not public-download links.
No recurring membership is sold yet. The ET Career OS monthly and yearly SKUs remain drafts until live rebilling and self-service cancellation pass.
