We do not issue licenses or guarantee admission, employment, income, licensure or exam results. Not a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas or any U.S. state. Does not offer engineering services. Exam-prep education only. Calculation tools are for study estimates only, not engineering design. Verify current licensing and examination requirements with the relevant authority. Real electrical work must be performed by qualified people under applicable rules. - Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in details private and provide accurate information needed to deliver your purchases. Do not access another person’s account, interfere with the site, distribute malware, or use its features to harass others. Keep personal identifiers, passwords and payment details out of public discussions and question reports. Each product page states its contents, price, access period and any delivery requirements. Current listed products use one-time payments with no automatic renewal. We do not store full card numbers. - Delivery and access
Digital files and member or practice access are supplied as described on the product page after successful payment. A twelve-month pass is a fixed-duration purchase, not a recurring subscription. Individual and team purchases follow the access and seat limits stated on their product pages. Contact hello@tsaielectro.com if access or a file is missing or broken. Retiring a product does not remove the access already promised to its buyers. - Use of materials
Your purchase permits the educational use described on its product page. It does not transfer copyright or allow resale or public redistribution of paid files or question banks. Team use follows the purchased seat allowance. Third-party books and other materials remain subject to their owners’ rights; the NEC book is not included unless expressly listed. - Refunds and corrections
Our Refund Policy applies: https://www.tsaielectro.com/refund-policy/ . Request a full refund within 30 days if you have not used the paid content as defined there. Broken files, materially missing or misdescribed deliverables, duplicate charges and supported question errors not corrected within 14 days have the remedies stated in that policy. Where a product page offers better refund terms, those terms apply. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Any consent to immediate digital delivery or loss of a statutory withdrawal right must be obtained separately at checkout where legally applicable; these terms alone do not supply that consent. - Support and content updates
Contact hello@tsaielectro.com with your order number and purchase email; never send passwords or full card numbers. We aim to reply within two business days, subject to the holiday notice in the Refund Policy. Report question errors through the question’s report control or support email. Study content can be corrected or withdrawn when an error is found. These terms do not claim that every code reference has professional signoff. - Changes and your rights
We will date changes to these terms. Updates do not remove purchase promises already made or reduce mandatory consumer rights. Contact hello@tsaielectro.com about an unresolved purchase or access issue. No provision here overrides rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
