Work out the number. Explain the step.
If an app gives you a spacing but you cannot explain the multiplier or units, this focused desk-practice pack gives you a sequence to work through with a pencil. It uses the two supplied study rows, 30 and 45 degrees. It does not teach physical bending, tool use or installation.
What you receive
- 15-page printable workbook: 48 original exercises in four sets of 12: reading illustrated inch scales, spacing calculations, field-shrink arithmetic and finding the first wrong step. Includes a use guide and reference sheet.
- Separate 13-page worked-answer PDF: results with the calculation, units and a short explanation for every question. Keep it closed until you have tried the workbook.
- CSV review log: 48 question IDs with blank columns for your answer, error and next attempt. It is a manual record, with no formulas or automatic scoring.
The PDFs are US Letter and are not fillable. Use a PDF reader and write on paper or in a notebook. A computer is convenient for the optional CSV; it can be opened in spreadsheet software. No special paid software or separate training account is required to use the files. No progress sync or online trainer is included.

Start free, then decide
The existing free article explains the concepts and has four check questions. The manufacturer’s free guide supplies field reference information. This pack adds 48 structured practice tasks, writing space, a separate worked key and a review log; it does not sell exclusive formulas.
Choose the study task you need
- Applying to an apprenticeship and preparing for an aptitude test? See the existing Texas Electrical Apprenticeship Entry Kit. This is a smaller, focused offset-math pack, not a replacement.
- Need material-name and request-reading practice? See the First Shift Electrical Materials Practice Pack.
- Need a drawing-to-quantity-and-estimate example? See the Takeoff & Estimate Workbook. This pack does not provide estimates, job drawings or prices.
Study model and limits
Spacing uses the supplied field multiplier; shrink questions use the supplied field allowance. Field values are rounded approximations and are distinguished from ideal trigonometry in the reference sheet and answers. These desk exercises do not provide bender mark locations, cut lengths, tool operation or construction instructions. They do not establish field competence, code compliance, employer acceptance or an exam result.
Build a repeatable paper-practice routine with original exercises, line drawings and worked explanations by Engineer Tsai Team. Record the first wrong step, compare it with the answer key and retry the calculation.
Purchase and support

Edition 1.0.
Practice with feedback on your computer
An additional offline companion is now included at the same US$9 price. All 48 existing arithmetic tasks now accept decimal or fraction inputs, check each answer, explain the calculation and collect wrong or unsure answers for retry.
- 48 items with explanations and a wrong, unsure or needs-review queue. Your selections or numeric answers receive immediate feedback.
- Keep your own correction notes and export a private session file. Import that file later to resume this product’s practice.
- The companion reuses the existing question set; these are not additional distinct original exam questions.
Download conduit-offset-math-practice-pack-offline-companion.zip, extract the ZIP and open START-HERE.html in a current desktop browser. Work offline after downloading. Export your private session before closing or reloading to keep your answers, then import the backup when you return. Keep and transfer the exported file yourself when moving between devices.
Use the included PDF, templates and sample pages alongside the companion. Review the explanations, keep a note of the first uncertain step and return to it on another attempt. For planning figures, use your own inputs and confirm actual requirements with the responsible employer, program or authority.
