Write your exam and date. Choose a number of short study sessions that you can keep. At the end of each week, adjust the next week using your error log.

For example: “175 A × 0.88 × 0.80: stopped at 154 A and missed the second factor.” Redo the full supplied-data calculation to get 123.2 A.

Exam-reference checklist

Record the exact exam, official bulletin and permitted reference edition before choosing a workbook.

Use it this way

Follow your regulator’s current candidate instructions. A book’s publication year is not evidence of the edition required for your scheduled exam.

Save a working copy

Open the file in Google Drive, choose Download, and fill the downloaded PDF in a viewer that saves form fields. Save, close and reopen your copy to check that your entries remain. A browser preview may not save edits. The blank files are shared for viewing, so your completed answers do not edit the public original.

The PDF fields do not send your entries to Tsai Electro. Keep employer, customer and project details out of shared copies. Google handles access to the hosted files under its own privacy policy.

Try the method before buying

Try ten Journeyman calculation questions, or read three complete worked examples from the separate books. Answers and explanations are available without email.

Check your exam and reference edition before you choose a book. These tools are general study aids, not an official personal study plan or a passing guarantee.
