Product Partner Program Terms

Public brand: Tsai Electro. Applications are open. We review each application individually and reply. Only approved applicants receive an assigned coupon code.

The commission is 30% on eligible one-off products only. Membership subscriptions earn no commission. Commission is confirmed 45 calendar days after order completion. Confirmed balances of at least US$25 are paid monthly by the 20th; smaller balances carry forward. Refunds and chargebacks reverse the related commission. Attribution follows the partner’s assigned coupon code. These commercial rules were approved on October 21, 2026.

Who may participate

Applicants must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement and accepted individually in writing. Acceptance applies only to the named publisher and approved channels. There is no enrollment charge, posting quota or guaranteed income. We may decline applications or require corrections to protect customers.

Eligible sales and commission

Earn 30% of eligible net product revenue on attributed, paid, completed one-off WooCommerce orders. Only the products listed below qualify. Your assigned coupon code may be used only for these products. Membership subscriptions, Creem payments, renewals, gift credit, free orders and products outside that list earn no commission.

Commission calculation: eligible product line revenue actually collected after discounts, excluding tax, shipping, refunds and chargebacks. Processor fees are our cost and do not reduce this base. Mixed orders pay commission only on eligible lines. Round the resulting order commission to the currency’s smallest unit. No second commission is paid on the same sale. A coupon code does not itself promise a customer discount.

Illustration only, not an actual price or earnings claim: a US$20 eligible net product sale earns US$6 before any refund adjustment. At 30%, a US$5 eligible refund reverses US$1.50.

Coupon and link attribution

Attribution is coupon-led: a completed order using your approved assigned coupon is attributed to you. When a buyer uses another approved partner’s coupon, that coupon controls. Only one partner may receive commission per eligible line. Unassigned public discount codes do not create attribution. No retroactive attribution after an order is completed.

The initial release must keep cookie-only attribution disabled. There is no promised cookie window, first-click right or cross-device attribution. Share only the approved URL and code provided in your welcome notice. If link auto-application is enabled later, its tested consent behavior, precedence and exact cookie duration must be published in revised terms first. A buyer who does not apply an assigned code may generate no commission. Do not imply tracking is guaranteed.

Coupon Affiliates supports coupon-led tracking and optional referral cookies. The program uses assigned coupon codes for attribution; this must be configured and tested rather than assumed to be the plugin default.

Validation, refunds and disputes

An order remains pending until payment is confirmed and 45 calendar days have passed after order completion. The commission is then confirmed if the order remains eligible. This period does not shorten customer refund rights. Full refunds or chargebacks reverse all related commission; partial refunds reverse commission on the eligible amount returned. A later reversal may offset future commissions. Never debit a partner’s payment account automatically. If no future balance exists, any repayment arrangement requires a separate written agreement.

Suspected fraud, duplicate attribution and genuine payment disputes may pause only the affected balance during review. We explain the reason and give a contact for evidence. Dispute period: 30 calendar days after the statement, without limiting nonwaivable rights. No customer email, address or payment details are shared with partners.

Payouts

Confirmed balances of at least US$25 are paid monthly by the 20th, using eligible balances confirmed by the prior month’s end. Balances below US$25 carry forward to the next month. On termination, a final validated balance is payable within 60 calendar days after outstanding validation and disputes finish, without the minimum threshold.

Payouts are made in US dollars (USD) through PayPal. We bear the sending fee; receiving-bank and currency-conversion charges must be disclosed before acceptance. Required tax documentation is handled only through an authorized process at enrollment. You remain responsible for your taxes as applicable.

The free plugin tracks commissions but does not provide the PRO payout system or a paid/unpaid balance ledger. Payouts require controlled manual reconciliation and a separate receipt; do not assume automatic payouts.

Honest promotion and disclosure

Describe only what you have reviewed. Do not claim licensing approval, job placement, exam success, income outcomes or government, military, union or school endorsement without documented authorization. Never present electrical content as permission to perform electrical work.

Disclose compensation beside the recommendation and before the relevant link or code. For video, use spoken and visible disclosure in the endorsement itself. For audio, say it before the call to action. For short posts and newsletters, keep it visible without an extra click. Use platform partnership labels as an addition to plain language. These requirements follow FTC endorsement guidance.

Suggested partner sentence: “I earn a commission if you buy an eligible product using my code.”

Use this only when factually true. If another benefit, such as free access, is supplied, disclose that benefit too. A paid relationship does not require a positive opinion.

Prohibited conduct

No spam, purchased lists, unsolicited bulk messages, fake reviews, incentives for favorable reviews, fabricated testimonials, self-referrals, orders controlled by you, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, browser extensions that inject codes, impersonation, hidden tracking, trademark domains, brand-keyword paid bidding, unauthorized coupons, coupon-site distribution or unauthorized sub-affiliates. Do not use our name or another creator’s material without permission. No paid traffic without a separate written agreement. Customer information must not be collected for attribution claims.

We may review public placements, request correction or removal, and suspend promotion after material violations. Earned legitimate commissions are not forfeited merely because the relationship ends. Fraudulent or refunded amounts remain ineligible. On termination stop using program assets and remove active promotional links as instructed.

Changes and agreement

Give 30 calendar days’ notice of material commercial changes, applying them prospectively. Urgent legal or safety corrections may take effect sooner with an explanation. These terms do not change previously validated amounts except for refunds, chargebacks or fraud. No arbitration, class waiver or broad liability release is inserted by default.
