Cancellation and refund boundary
A full refund is available before AI production begins if ET cannot offer a start within ten business days. After Week 1 is delivered, unused future milestones remain refundable on a proportional basis if ET cannot deliver them. Factual, citation, and materially missing-output corrections are available for fourteen days after each milestone, except where law requires a different remedy.
Evidence method: Dated official sources control. Requirements and program terms can change; verify the named authority or provider before acting.
Privacy and AI processing: Non-sensitive intake may be processed by ET configured AI services only to produce and check the ordered deliverable.
